Where: Transportation to Long Island (Boston) will be available from Long Wharf, Boston and Marina Bay, Quincy. Water transportation partner *Boston’s Best Cruises *has improved ferry schedules with an increased number of boats and departure times.
RSVP: Runners can take advantage of the early number pick-up at *The Kinsale Irish Pub & Restaurant *on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 from 4:30pm – 6:30pm.
Please join Boston YGL at the harborthon in July. This will be our social/volunteer activity for July. You can participate in the run and fun or just the fun. The race welcomes runners, joggers and walkers of all levels. Participants will enjoy the uncharted views of Long Island’s historical landmarks and the Boston Harbor, as well as the island’s colorful terrain. The course has become favored among New England’s avid race participants.
The entry fee for runners is $45* and includes transportation, one Harborthon t-shirt, admission to the BBQ Beach Party, and refreshments. Spectator registration is $25* and includes transportation, admission to the race event, admission to the BBQ Beach Party, and refreshments. Proceeds from the Harborthon 5K benefit Camp Harbor View needs such as programming, meals, apparel and transportation.
