Sign up Today: Practical Seminars for Rising Federal Leaders

Are you trying to develop your leadership skills in 2010?  Are you struggling to work effectively with your manager or employees?

The Partnership for Public Service’s two-day Annenberg Leadership Seminars are designed to help rising federal leaders develop targeted skills and apply these lessons immediately to their job.

Our 2010 Seminar topics include:

* Leading from Your Level (April 21-22): Rising federal leaders will learn practical strategies to leading from their position by building relationships with and influencing peers and managers.

* Driving Innovation (May 18-19): Federal workers must rethink the way they do business. This seminar will teach employees a new approach to driving innovation and winning support for their ideas.

* Motivating and Leading People (August 24-25): This seminar teaches first- and second-line supervisors practical approaches to managing and motivating people.

Ninety-seven percent of Seminar participants would recommend our classes to a colleague and participants report an average knowledge increase of 40 percent.
