people who are serving or have served honorably in the U.S. Government's
Federal Cyber Service through the Scholarship For Service (SFS) Program
and the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Scholarship
Program (IASP). Participants in both these groups make up what is
generally referred to as the Cyber Corps.
