Who we are:

YGL-LA is a network of young public servants rising to meet the challenges facing government in the 21st century. YGL serves as a coordinated voice of young and new-to-government employees. We aim to educate, inspire and transform each other through a community that transcends traditional workplace boundaries. Today's young workers are being realized as tomorrow's leaders, and we aim to become the model workforce through growth, innovation and collaboration.

What we do:

YGL-LA offers you the chance to connect with other young leaders through happy hours, professional development and volunteer opportunities or through our online community. Our in-person events take place all over Los Angeles, often located in downtown LA, the South Bay, or Orange County. We facilitate online discussions and provide relevant information, resources and opportunities through our weekly updates.
